Patrick Roberts to Birmingham compendium


Im genuinely dumbfounded with the outpouring of love for Patrick Roberts.

He has looked good when he played with Amad, possibly the player with the highest ceiling to ever play for Sunderland.

The rest of the time hes been bang average at best. Very little output.

Yet you all nosh each other off over him twinkle toesing round the odd player

His game against Huddersfield was typical of his entire time at the club. Losing possession, turning and working hard to retrieve the ball.

Like a dog chasing a balloon. Slow, cant shoot, cant cross. Shite

Been a great signing overall, but now is that point i think of moving on. If hes still here though, fair enough

Aye give us Rodwell, Ndiddlydong or Djilobodji over Roberts any day. Then theres class like De Bock or Kaz Sterling. Behave yourself man.
 
Been an important contributor all along the journey from L1 to PL.

But now the reality is that he just doesn't have the physical attributes to be a contributor in the PL we see today.
