Durham Second XI 2025

Hopefully losing my Hartlepool CC virginity tomorrow. Any advice on parking, away from stray cricket balls and feral youth?

Its a small ground so parking in the club car park is risky as Ben Dwarshius found out previously. Best park just outside the ground off the main road.

As for feral youth, they only tend to be an issue if Blackhall 2nd XI come down for a net.

As above, plenty of parking around the ground. It’s in a rather affluent part of town so shouldn’t have any issues with the darlings of Hartlepool (not now I’m older and well behaved now anyway). I’ve took the day off work tomorrow to have a pop down. I thought I best considering I complain every year about the 2s not really venturing much. Weather looks iffy like.

Durham won the toss and bowl

Durham Cricket Men 2nd XI

Middlesex 150 for 0 after 30 overs, nice round numbers, ... frightening numbers .... this with our signings Bailey and Conners, and Hogg, Killeen and Drissell bowling.
