Preferred Cricket formats in order

Anthly

Central Defender
1. Test Match
2. T20
3. ODI / ODC

4. The Hundred

Anymore else ?
Just interested to see other cricket lovers preferred formats.

Tests
ODI
T20

I find with the amount of T20 that's played around the world these days that it becomes boring quicker than the other formats, it's very samey compared to tests which has a lot more twists and turns imo.

Test Cricket = One Day
both as good as each other for different reasons for me.

Test cricket is better for the twists and turns. But I prefer one day to watch at the ground as you are more likely to get a result, and I cant commit to watching all 5 days of a test.

If i lived near Chester le Street id go to County games a fair bit and follow Durham a lot more actively so would put the County Championships in second

T20/Hundred doesnt interest me in the slightest

Definitely Test or first class game first.

I flip flop between 50 over and T20 tbh. There’s that much T20 on I get bored of it easily but in a One Day game I find it can get quite tedious in the middle overs.

1 - Can't decide between CC involving Durham and Test Match involving England. Probably would depend on TM opponents
2 - 'Loser' of 1.
3 - Durham 50 over
4 - Test matches not involving England
5 - England ODIs - But must be in a tournament, not just a best of three at the end of summer.
6 - Durham t20
7 - Durham seconds - all formats
8 - England t20 - But must be in a tournament, not just a best of three at the end of summer.
9 - All other formats including women's cricket (which I've come to enjoy this year at Durham), village cricket, CC not involving Durham, European Cricket Network (sadly suspended at present), I know the standard is incredibly variable but I enjoy the players just having a go as best they can more than I enjoy seeing endless Tom Curran. All the franchise stuff, apart from........
10 - The hundred.

I'm sure I've missed something

However throw in whether I'm watching in person or on the telly, the list gets more complicated. For example I'd rather watch a Durham t20 in person than a Durham 50 over on the telly.

100 something different. What cricket needs.
10/10 love it from the Caribbean.
50/50
County championship
Test match
20/20 boring and slow now. 14 overs an hour killing it, and costs more than Premier League football and Rugby Union to attend.

Tin hat on, but I actually prefer List A as a spectator, as you get to see an entire match in a day and, often, a close result while still getting a fair balance between bat and ball.

The trouble is FTECB have totally eroded the format in favour of the Hundred and made it a second team tournament nobody bothers their arses about.

Test
CC
Club cricket
ODI
50 over county
T20

The Hundred doesn’t even come 7th

Why not do away with the bowlers and use a bowling machine and just have range hitting ?

Must say I've been enjoying the County Coverage on Youtube and its free

Me too....in fact, I now feel its like football......only really interested in my chosen club (Somerset) and tend to ignore internationals unless one from our club is playing (Not Bashir)

Free Internet makes it now possible to follow almost every day of the County games.....
