Regulations say 3 full seasons before 21 or 36 months. He can’t do 36 months as he signed a couple of months after his 18th.
This season would be his third but ends after his 21st so I don’t think he will be.
Since Brexit it’s basically not possible to sign foreign players before 18 so they won’t be homegrown unless their parents have lived here and they’ve come through the academy from younger than 18.
