To me he’s a very gifted player and at one point I thought he was the best english left back in the country at one point last season . However I think he falls into the Patto bracket.

I have a subjective enough brain to draw conclusions from the media I consume, I may or may not be right but I’m only offering up explanations as to why he hasn’t signed a new contract (which I would like him to do, I only care about his footballing ability and I think that on his day he is a PL capable left back)

When fit looks like a top end championship player when not fit looks bottom and championship player. Seems a good lad who has some mental issues and struggling with his wrist, but as a player I don’t think he is good enough for the premier league.
