The big clubs try to keep there season ticket numbers lower because of the demand they can sell the match by match tickets at a higher price and make more profit

Now would be an ideal time to extend the South Stand while the premier league momentum is in full swing and passions are still high. I've still got my red plastic Poncho I was sent when they extended the top of the North Stand - perfect for outdoor gigs in fields and festivals!

With the club recently announcing that the south stand is being called the home end and the players attack that end in the second half, get it built.
Mirror the two tiers it already has and make it one big wall like dortmand. A modern day roker end if you like.
Get it sponsored with the company logo in the seats like the crest in the east stand. Could pay for itself in a few year.

Other than some expensive hospitality seats, Brentford tickets had sold out before I had even realised they were on sale.

I don't think the two are linked. I'm sure GOM suggested it's how good businesses are ran to consider the future, as they'd likely take on a long term loan for the improvements which don't count towards PSR, but what income they generate on matchdays from increased seating, hospitality and access to concessions as a result of larger concourses all help our PSR out...seems a no-brainer if the owners are happy they can cover it and if they feel the need from a business perspective. They're likely much more qualified than 99% of us on the RTG to make that call.

North Stand Extension cost £7m. Back then it worked out at around £1,000 a seat for the build which is why Bob Murray did it as it essentially paid for itself in 3 years.
