Liverpool certainly do need a striker too, I didn’t quite appreciate the pressing need until I seen their bench tonight, obviously the tragic circumstances of Jota affect that, but they sold Diaz and Nunez too, I think the Isak deal does happen, I would say 80/20, keeping him a disaster for the mags, as you say he won’t be properly fit for a while, Liverpool will be able to get away with that for a bit if Ekitike stays fit.

I agree but if I was the Liverpool CEO/owner I’d be beginning to say to Slot / the DoF “really? More temperament than Maria Callas”
 
Wish we were playing the mags on saturday..short week for them after that game - Ouch. Plus, their midfield decimated, Gordon out and no striker as Isak says bye bye midweek. They shot their bolt against the dippers. Be flat as fxxx when reality bites next game,
