Durham's one day cup campaign

Not sure really. Obviously need to win tomorrow then see where we are going into Tuesday. It's going to be very close
I can only see us win tomorrow and lose to yorks and lancs away and lose to the last home game against warks. That would give us max 12 points and as there are already 2 on 12 points I don't think we will qualify. My opinion of course.

Lancs are fairly weak -they weren't very strong at best and have lost most of their strongest to the 16.4
It depends how much we dare to prioritise this competition - I'd certainly play Coggers and Mitch regularly,we're still paying their salaries.

I think our 'Lords and Masters' would run naked down the A167 with courgettes up their arses and accept an early exit from this competion and relegation from the CC in exchange for t20 final appearance.

It will be interesting to see how the same pitch plays tomorrow. Quite looking forward to the game, even the Mrs (no) is making an appearance tomorrow  .
Mrs RT here today defending her 100% win record this season....not sure it'll be maintained today mind.

Northants win toss and bat.

Bowman, Killeen and Coggs in
Robinsons x2 and Yusuf out

Onions was talking to Bedingham in front of us around 35/40 over mark. Discussing why we hadn't changed the 'pace' of our bowling. Bedingham said they had discussed it a while ago but Lees wanted to continue with pace.

Thought we should have bowled Drissell earleir than what we did and also brought him back earlier. Also is Ackermann allowed to bowl? He has barely bowled in white ball this year. Was certainly worth a shot today with how the rest were going
I think Durham / Ackermann are still scarred by the T20 game in which he bowled the 2nd over and went for 20 odd runs ( iirc ......apologies if im incorrect )

Listening to the stream and Vic etc seems to be saying the more runs scored on a pitch the better the pitch is and the better the groundsman has done the job. Personally I thought the pitch for the last match was boring. Run after run after run and so on.
