You’re clutching at straws and backtracking by saying what you meant to say re: England national team but didn’t say and were proved wrong.

Nothing wrong with any of the dates I posted - all factual and correct.

No point dismissed - just waiting for you to give some rationale as to how exactly North has developed Potts since he came in?

Just because he played for England during the time North was in charge is not sufficient to credit him - he needs to have direct, quantifiable impact.

Next you’ll be saying North developed Codi Yusuf because he made his test debut whilst at Durham and whilst North was in charge.

Someone said no players have developed under him, he has. He wasn’t on Englands radar at all you’ve got you’re timelines a bit out there.

I am the "someone" who claimed that no-one has cemented a place in the 1st team since North's appointment in September 2018-that's 7years. Even McKinney,undoubtedly a talented youngster, hasn't achieved that; many a youngster has excelled in development England teams and not progressed into 1st class standard.
My claim is confirmed by facts.
"He says,he says" is wholly irrelevant to the fact that no-one has come through from the academy in North's 7 year tenure.
Another 5 from the academy selected for representative sides recently. The natural talent has always been there but hasn't progressed.

There's a 12 day gap in between the last 50 over game and the T20 quarter final. And then another 2 days until the CC game. So more than two weeks spell where he'll be bowling a maximum of 4 overs. Feels like good rest time to me?

The fixture list across the entire cricketing world does need a total rethink though, I will give you that one.

And Potts is what that did progress, I’m not making a grand point it just seems a strange point to lie about
