Well last night after he got Bethell out he decided to celebrate in Liam Livingstone’s face and call him a “fat slob”. Livingstone was on 16 at the time.

So it was absolutely hilarious to see him getting absolutely splattered all over the gaff after that as Livingstone finished 69* from 27 balls.

Him and his little shit of a brother must be two of the most unlikeable cricketers around.

I’ve wondered why Sam doesn’t get more game time for England’s T20 stuff.. does decent in IPL etc. assuming he’s just a knob, still not as much as Tom like imo

Tom is miles worse.
After the t20 WC where Sam was player of the tournament he had been fairly ordinary. He’s not a terrible option in the test side if (when) Stokes is crocked. But shouldn’t be one of the front line bowlers at all.

The post appears to have disappeared but I'm sure it stated that the punishment for that transgression was a 4 game ban. That's ridiculously lean for what amounted to defiance and intimidation of a match official.

What is he trying to achieve? I don't understand what he's doing. Practicing your run up i get, but when you get clocked by the umpire who then stands on the wicket. Why still carry on? Is he 13?

There was an incident in the game before last that surprisingly as far as I know went unremarked upon. He absolutely tried to put the shoulder into a batter running as he was in his follow through.
