Calvert-Lewin (discussion on transfer)


He’s been rubbish for years. Started 21 out of the first 23 games before injury last season and scored 3 goals. Had a run of 18 starts in 20 games the season before and scored 2 goals.

He isn’t good when fit, might have been true five year ago but it hasn’t been true now for a while.
 
I used to think he was decent bar injury but he really wasn't good last season.

Now, he does have the attributes to be a threat but I didn't want him here and I don't think he's anywhere near as good as Muniz (I suppose partly why Muniz might cost £40m & DCL was a free agent).
 
there's a good player in there somewhere if he can rediscover some form and stay fit. the later is never going to happen though and I'm delighted we haven't gone for him
 
Ran his contract down just to sign for Leeds, silly boy. If he thinks our fans can be toxic at times wait until he's spent some time at Elland Road floundering in front of goal :lol:

Knowing our luck he'll bag a hattrick against us next Monday, my heed will fall off :lol:
