Looks a great signing

Interesting how cheap the deal is. Leaves budget to be used elsewhere. Net spend probably now around Ā£100m, could still do another Ā£70-80m.
 
So realistically he will complete medical tomorrow if heā€™s flying in this evening. So if we can complete tomorrow/Wednesday itā€™s a big ask for him to play against West Ham. Is he injured?

If thatā€™s the right flight arriving around 6pm youā€™d expect it to be tomorrow for the signing and medical.

Heā€™s allegedly injured with an ā€œundisclosed injuryā€ but we donā€™t know if thatā€™s just been protecting him as heā€™s been decided to be away all summer

Either way, he hasnā€™t played much in pre season so might not be ā€œmatch fitā€

Also needs to get paperwork/permits done. Tbh Iā€™d be surprised if thereā€™s time before Saturday
