No not at all m8. Squad depth is essential especially in this league. That's why I wouldn't be bringing in 1 CH I would want 3.

This addition today Fuka, he's a LB who by all accounts cannot defend, seen video him playing more WB roll looks good going forward...tick.

Seen video of him defending, scary as fuck...felt 🤮
Why with a weak defence with a shortage of CHs would you bring in a weak defensive LB?
We know the new LB will move to CH.

You might have a valid point IF this is all we sign before the transfer window closes
Although I would like to see a of our buisness done before the season starts as a newly promoted club it might just take a bit longer. I just can't see them leaving us short in defense.

Our business so far looks to be good, GX an absolute gem of a signing, he's everything you could ask for....a true football icon.

The CH situation is diabolical, yes there's still time but clocks ticking....who knows we may have a happy ending.
 
Still so many dissing the club over the defender recruitment situation.
Premier capable defenders with the budget constraints we are in are like hens teeth
Leeds, ourselves, whu, wolves to name but a few are all on look out and still looking.
Like every season and every window the majority of moves aren’t finalized till last 2 or 3 days of window. Why do so many believe this one would be different. Yes it’s frustrating and worrying but hardly surprising.
Add in the clear fact no one has been aware of who we are signing till it’s officially announced and this whole Lucumi thing could ( most likely ) be BS

Theres players that aren't exactly hens teeth (Mepham etc) but we want someone younger with sell on value (Diakite etc), that's the problem. I'd prefer us to pay another £5m or so and get our main targets signed over the next few days if it means points gained before the end of August.
