In a weaker league to be fair and playing well in a tournament doesn’t always work out for teams. Like I hope you’re right like but don’t think anyone can say he’s way better than Patterson yet

In a weaker league? He was playing for a bang average side out there and putting up ridiculous numbers. I could understand if you were worried if signed a 20 goal striker from there but it feels slightly different with a keeper

He moved from Arsenal last summer for 25m, you saying he's suddenly lost all his value even though Newcastle are paying 4m to loan him for just one season? That implies on a 4 year contract he's worth 20m or so.

I mean I've just joined this, so im not "saving face"

I can say very quickly that none of those listed have said they can't concentrate for 90 minutes and none of them have been relegated 4 times in 7 years.
A slightly longer answer is he saved 64.8% of shots he faced last season placing him in the bottom 25% in the league and his passing accuracy was 59.4% which placed him in the bottom 2% of the league.

To answer your other question "am I saying he's lost all his value?" No, he has experience. I personally don't think it's good experience, but he at least knows what to expect from this league which is a valuable commodity. What i am saying is that I don't think he's very good, and his stats and ability to remain focused back me up.
Your turn, what is he fantastic at that places him top 10 in a league filled with exceptional goalkeepers?

My mate who's an arsenal fan was very happy they got so much for him and immediately put a large bet on Southampton going down.

Partly that was because he said Ramsdales strength in distribution was his long range passing and that berk managing them was going to make him pass it short which he reckons Ramsdale was poor at tbf
