It’ll be wrong mate. Some love pouncing on any negative report with cries of FACT, when this summer has proved time and again it’s not the case.
 
There were some pretty big clubs interested in him according to an article a few days ago. One of those may have stepped in and he's decided to go with them. Bot of a ball ache when we've spent so much time on him m, but it is the players choice at the end of the day.

Then again, KLD might fire the private jet up once again, and sweet talk him into signing.
 
No idea who the bloke is with the latest news but with 170k+ followers it suggests he’s reputable (not guaranteed obviously).

Even Lucumi at over €25m wasn’t the complete player although a step up from our current options. If this marks a definite no I’m sure the club will have other irons in the fire although it’s frustrating that we seem to have spent ages pursuing this deal.

As good as the two deals done today are we desperately need a couple of defensive reinforcements asap

Is there something about flexibility if negotiated in how the payments are made vs activating a clause it’s all upfront? Sure I heard this somewhere like on the price of football so could be a reason
