SOL expansion

Red carpet from tunnel entrance to dugouts, looks like they got rid of the retractable tunnel
Really surprised at that if so, there’s been one up forever ain’t there. I remember one not being there for Ajax but apart from that seems to have been there forever.

Edit: are they not required now?.

Been done there today.

Spray painting panels white, maybe about 10 done now. Slow job to ensure the paint doesn't blow all over the place. The panels aren't covered in at all to stop thus happening.

Carpet is down, can't see them pulling it in and out on that
I’d be very surprised if we don’t have one, isn’t part of the reason to protect players and officials from objects being thrown? It’s very open on that picture without one.

I’d imagine we are either replacing it or it was moved for the scaffolding for the graduation and just hasn’t been put back yet

Neither Anfield nor Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has so don't think there's any requirement.

What’s really nice is that the upgrades didn’t just focus on the corporate fans. The normal working class supporters are able to enjoy newer Premier League class facilities.

The club owners of the past were too oriented towards keeping the business of the middle class, corporate fans by making their match day experience better. Not just talking about the CEO of companies involved in providing important services such as construction, food, electronic equipment etc., but these older fans of a certain generation who by virtue of the fact they once knew an ex player have a box.

The backbone of the supporters is the ordinary fan from Hendon who works 9 to 5 for a small, struggling company who scrapes together the money to buy his season card and buy the home shirt.
