Anyone else think he looks a tad slow? Parry’s a lot back into the area? On the clips seems to stay on his line for crosses. Sure his data was better for cross claims.
I think for a 6'4 lad he looks very agile, gets down low so quickly. Parrying back into the area is something he can work on.

You have to remember his highlight reel is all from one season, the number of top drawer saves is very impressive

Based on comments by people who have seen him play. Overall it appears he is a solid GK already with the potential to go on to be superb.

We could have a gem on our hands.

Its impossible to educate yourself except by doing actual tests and experiments. Have you done actual tests and experiments using the substance you mention?

Tests and research are out there, and it is legal in many countries and legal to be administered by a professional in others. To our sceptical Western minds, it seems taboo, but many cultures have used these medicines for thousands of years for healing purposes. It is quite ignorant(Not you) to immediately dismiss it. I initially did.

We are pretty lucky with keepers usually. We might pull it off.
I used to think this, but some have gone horribly wrong over the last few years. The Lee Camp/Jason Steele era still gives me nightmares. Freaks me out that Steele was pretty highly regarded at Brighton

This era and Kelvin Davies spring to mind but other than that, we do usually have pretty solid keepers like

I think you’ve just managed to flip three things he’s good at

- getting across his line quickly
- catching the ball or parrying away
- literally only 4 keepers in the world claimed more crosses than him I’m sure

Yep, injured
I'd never wish injury on anyone but, in a way, this could be a blessing in disguise. Roefs goes straight into the squad and Patto gets time to recover properly. Then he's got the impetus to challenge for a starting place and, presumably, the transfer window will be closed and chatter of him leaving is muted for a few months at least.

Of course if Patto is off, or long-term injured, we'll need another in for cover.
