No, the plans approved in 2001 for the South Stand Extension were for the full 27 Rows right around like the Premier Concourse as there is ample room behind the South Stand unlike the North that is hemmed in by Vaux Brewery Way.

They started first week of January and it still wasn't finished when we kicked off against Arsenal at Home in August although they got safety certificate to open it up.

Why would we expand? 48k is plenty.
We are 1/3 to go down 9/4 to stay up today after the signings to date. Do people want another 8k of seats we won’t use?
Improving the quality of the corporate offering makes sense whatever division were in including a lower level bar and basic food that normal fans might use at least periodically. But we’re not about to become a top 10 PL established club and even if we were we wouldn’t get 56k plus in. Be realistic everyone !

Nope. There was nothing at the back of the lower north. It was the same as the south is now without the security box. The black cats bar was built with the extension. Never existed before then.

Aye our seats were under. Think we got a letter offering a move and sure i remember getting offered a free poncho type thing from club shop

Bit unrealistic to expect them to cater for everybody's preferred drink. Loads of people drink Madri, but will never suit everybody.
Exactly my thought. Bit disappointed actually as the existing ones are decidedly outdated.
