Scary how this can happen to any club, never mind one of the stature of Sheffield Wednesday.
Awful stuff and makes you think back to how easily it could have been us. I think we came a lot closer to it than any of us even realise.

They are an absolute basket case of a club unfortunately, whoever is thinking of buying them may want to wait a year as what little value the club holds will be further reduced in league one
They are in a far worse state than we were , at least we had the stadium and academy

But some goods news....a bloke has been spotted with a can of paint doing up a gate at the main entrance 
We have an owner who has ambition, a plan and I assume takes on board a lot of advice from knowledgeable people in various situations.
They on the other hand have Chansiri.

The strong rumour is that he owes lenders vast amounts of money on sale of the club which would leave the cretin pot less.
At the moment he has still got an asset but that is dwindling as every day goes by.

Their issue is that they have a decrepit stadium and training ground and are now hampered by a transfer embargo , there is little reason for anyone to buy them now , nailed on for relegation and could pick up the club in admin for a fraction of what the owner wants

It’s a sad state of affairs for Sheff Wed. I just hope the owner sells up as soon as possible and get an owner who has the best intentions for the club.
