Paul Coughlin

Aye, I agree. The only question that occurs to me is why? But, good luck to him, he's obviously a good player, such a shame he's hasn't been able to show it more often.
He's always been a handy all-rounder but he turns 33 this year and unfortunately injuries have plagued his career and there's nothing to suggest that will improve anytime soon. Surely a club like Lancs have the resources available to them to bring in someone who isn't going to miss 75% of the season.

I sure they do and I'm sure they know what they're getting, good and bad. So, they must have a reason and you never know maybe it turns out good for coggers, I hope so.

Seriously talented player when fully fit - really did feel like he had no ceiling when younger. Always felt he was never fit long enough to fulfil potential which must be as frustrating for him as it is/was fans and Durham (Notts as well same injury issues).

Good luck to him - hope he has a healthy couple of seasons at Lancs.

His record is bang average

Ajeet Singh Dale from Gloucester to Lancs already announced, not sure how much room is left for Coggs.
Can't see what he'd offer them personally. 34 next year, incredibly injury prone, a handy cricketer but an unreliable and unremarkable one. They'll have better already there.
