Would possibly need longer if we're looking at increasing the corporate offer considerably. Having said that Liverpool and villa have shown how it can be done and we've got the advantage of being designed to expand.

Started mid seasion iirc. I went on a tour in July I think and it was nearly done. Though like most grounds they build it behind then take the roof off. City are doing it now.

That's definitely not right. The seats were initially in the upper tier.
No. The stadium is designed to be extended easily by adding a second tier. Something like that would be a much bigger job.

Could be wrong, but I thought the north stand had less rows due to the road behind the stand preventing it being made larger.

Were not deluded mags mate!!...there is no way we could fill a 75.000 seat arena as there are just not enough folk interested in footy in our catchment area! 63500 will be the max and that will be enough even if we start winning things!We wont extend to reduce prices mate its just not our model!Im convinced if we do well they will extend the ground but that will be to improve the corporate offerings and any extra seats will be a byproduct of that build!Let’s get it done asap, sooner we can increase stadium sooner we can catch up with the Gravy stained neighbours

Extending a stadium is a huge outlay and so clubs don’t do very often. There’s lots of easier ways the club can increase revenue before doing this (including, sadly, increasing ticket prices). Surely something to only start thinking about if we have a couple of seasons where we’re not in relegation scraps and we sell out every week.
