I wonder how long that match would have lasted with the dukes. Watched very little of this match but certainly agree with others views on Somerset and their pitch preparation over the past few years.

Ah good. The state of that pitch, I'd be embarrassed if a local Saturday team produced that. This is meant to be a professional competition and the state of that pitch just doesn't scream "professional" or "first class" does it?

It's long overdue something was done about this. If you're going to produce a favourable home wicket, don't make it so bloody obvious.
