Ghisolfi


Looking at some of the players we’ve been linked with Ghisolfi will need to earn his corn to get these deals over the line.

It’s no doubt an easier sell getting players already based in Europe to his previous clubs like Nice and Rome than to the Roker Riviera

What's bullshit about it? Everyone we have signed has a link with the DoF - they all either played for his former club, or were heavily linked with signing for him at previous clubs. As everyone has said, it's pretty clear the impact he's had. And as everyone has said we've brought him in precisely to do that, because speakman and the previous team just didn't have the european links we needed. I don't think that's a bad thing btw.

But as I said, the interesting thing would be what our strategy would have been had we not brought him in.

Its nice to see that on making stuff up based on no confirmed information whatsoever the safc massive have decided its the players fault and not the ownership group or their lackeys!

How the times have changed since we have spent a few bob!The club will be very happy with this new situation!!

The truth is these deals break down and we never really find out the facts for sure so we make them up according to how we feel about the club at that time ! At this stage its usually the medical or arsing about by the agents but we usually get an inkling by what happens to the player in the next few months!

I think it's more about taking pics on a private jet, on his way to Portugal, before the deal is even final! I think the club will have learned a lesson.
 
Think he would do well to come out and talk to the fans, one thing we need right now is open and honesty from all at the club. Let us know why this deal didn’t happen and also let us know who you are and again as said before if he can help bring in a couple of these players we have been linked with because of him then the fans will be on his side

I'd rather he just kept working on signing players, we don't need to know every detail. He can do all the interviews when the window is closed.

Because your implying Harvey wouldn't have got anyone which is correct as he is the scout not the DOF , Speakman and the data team picked players and send Harvey to have a look i believe, we didn't do too bad before he turned up
I agree he must have had a influence but it's just guessing game

My take on Ghisolfi... Absolutely class. Pulled the strings on every deal so far. MLF.

Don't think he needs to, he's got a job to do and part of it is to protect the club. I'm happy he's not bending over for anyone and we should all trust him because it's obvious kld does

Hes really good at talking clearly and concisely and dealing with those of our fans who have completely unfathomable takes on things
