Posted earlier mate that I have a good friend who's a wolves season ticket holders who reckons he is there worst ever signing and every single wolves fan would drive him up here themselves.
I'm not advocating we spunk ridiculous money on a keeper but if we want to kick on we really need to do better than him In my opinion.

My Wolves mate described him as a relegation signing.
 
There aren't that many "big money" keepers who are available and who we could realistically sign.

There might not be any more on the list after Bulka and Petrovic so we may now go down a different route, such as brining in a more proven player as backup or competition to Patterson rather than just replacing him with a big money signing.

For me it's not about what you spend,it's the calibre of the player coming in.Not pissing myself but there has to be better than Johnson out there.Seems an absolute waste of what would probably be a substantial wage.He would just be the equivalent of Moore is now but at a slightly higher standard,but not the required stand to really push Patto.

Perri and Suzuki, two that could be possible. Suzuki the most interesting of the two
 
So what’s the latest on this one then? Given that you’re all talking about Sam Johnston I’m guessing the Petrovic deal has fallen through?

I’ll be concerned if we do that. It’s clear from the two that we know we have been interested in that the club thought they needed a new number 1. That shouldn’t change now

If nobody suitable is available at the right price though, we shouldn't just buy someone off the radar for the sake of it.
