Aye it is, the posh parts are like Monaco. Areas right next to it like Sandbanks and Canford Cliffs are some of the most diserable locations in the country.

Footballers mostly don't care about crowd sizes, they want to live in the south, particularly on the south coast and London. There is a reason there are so many southern clubs in the prem.

I would rather stick with Patto & Matty Young than go for Johnstone tbh. I believe Johnstone has been signed by 3 teams to be number one keeper and has ended up bench-warming for each side. I'd push the boat out and go for Blades Michael Cooper (or Sam Tickle at Wigan as an alternative).
