T20 Durham v Notts Outlaws/Bears


I was watching the opposition warming up and for at least 10 minutes they were practicing catching and some were doing the “jump over the boundary and throw the ball upend catch it in the field” routine.

I didn’t see the lighthouse do it though

The best one I saw at CLS was by scotty borthwick right in front of the don robson stand

He really had to dive back over to catch his own throw up

I think it’s done so naturally now , it’s expected

Re the warming up. That’s when I try and get a pic from the opposition and when my grandkids were in this country , we asked for a ball each

The cricket lads are great with things like that , I also took my next door neighbours son and he got a signed cap off Stoneman , which he had worn in the match

Well I just signed up no emails at all. Then ticked box not to receive anything.

Durham are pretty relentless with emails. Had 3 about the women's game at the weekend.
