Leeds agree £10m for Longstaff

Im in the same boat with the 49ers ownership, and head coach

Can't wait for the reaction when they propose tearing down Elland Road and making a new Revenue Generating stadium in the suburbs.

And agreed on the coach!

Longstaff could be handy for them in the champo next year that said.

Does he strengthen Leeds' efforts in staying up and improve their side markedly?......I don't see it myself tbh.

Very uninspiring for Leeds fans.

Ran the show against us in the cup.
Thought he was bang average mind. Was he better than Pritchard, Neil & Jobe? Well, yeah. You’d expect him to be.

Didn’t think he was the best midfielder on that pitch though. Joelinton was more of a handful.

I'm hoping future star players who can get amongst the elite and ruffle a few feathers.

We haven't bought an almost 28 year old reserve. Proven to be average at best.
I agree 100% regarding our players, but they’re unproven in this league and somewhat of a gamble, the point I made was that Longstaff has at least played in this league and Leeds know what they’re getting.

He's ok, but if Sheff U had got promoted, Wilder would be salivating over this type of signing. That would be a red flag for me.

Good move for the player either way as he will at least, in theory, get pitch time

Going from Diarra to Sadiki to Longstaff is quite the downgrade. There's definitely worse midfielders in this league but it's some downgrade
I'm sure you watched a lot of Strasbourg and Royal Union Saint-Gilloise to be so confident in that opinion.
