Totally and utterly admire him for that, if he had total say which would think he did as captain

He should be applauded to the hilt and massive respect

One he has done it for the team which should always come before personal achievement.

And two going forward as captain if he ever declares again with a team mate approaching a personal milestone, they can never twist as prepared to do it himself.

It was. Totally selfless.

If he wanted it, he could have got it easily. Striking at 110 he only had to bat a few more overs.

Very altruistic of him. He should be commended.
