Enzo Le Fee 🇨🇵 Signed!

He turned up for the play offs but games were passing him by in the Championship, hopefully playing in his natural position surrounded by better players will see him running games.
Tbf he was playing on the left wing most of the time and the majority of the games back end of the season were dead rubbers where nobody turned up.

Mayenda was huge but so was Le Fee tbh. It was his pressing that led to the winner against Coventry, and his corner for Ballard. Even in the final, I don't agree with the lad who says his pass was easy, I think a lot of players take a touch and, if he does, we don't score that goal. Le Fee was one of a good few who made a big difference, was a proper team effort and he was a good part of it and it justified his signing imo.
He was involved in all three goals against Coventry, wasn't he?

I know we've not kicked a ball this season but I'm hoping £20M looks like an absolute bargain come the end of the season, especially given the other numbers floating about in rumours.

Yes.

Assist for Isidor
Last touch/pressure on van Ewijk for Mayenda
Assist for Ballard
Set up Roberts for Mayenda
Frankly, did fuck all for Watson

People are also overlooking that our negative style, unwillingness to run into space, and inability to hold onto possession, was the antithesis of how Enzo plays. I doubt we'll play that system in the premier league with better players in the team, I think he'll do well there.

Bellingham was superb in the play offs.

Like the rest of the team he took February (after leeds) till April off in preparation for them
Wasn't he crap for arsenal ?

He was decent for arsenal. But then we are not likely to see 8th as a failure so we'd probably see him in a lot more positive light for the same result

Dear me

Because to some on here being a contrarian is more important than making sense
Also I must have said it 1000x on here a lot of posters have no technical understanding of football. To them flying about the pitch aimlessly or flying into tackles is what they notice and deem good. A great example is how we could all see Denver Hume was utter dogshit even in league one but the same types on here said he was pl level
