As a kid, I would listen to Ray Illingworth, Denis Compton and Fred Truman slagging off Ian Botham and mid-80s cricket players. I see similar comments from Michael Vaughan. Vaughan is out of touch with today’s game and for someone who has played 1st class cricket, strangely oblivious.

Absolutely no surprise whatsoever that his ideal Glasto headliner would be Kylie though. The absolute melt. As for Cook, it’s the most middle (bordering on upper) class response ever to want Queen.

Enjoyed it....just hate the bit at the start, as with stick to football, where they are eating and clashing knives and forks about. When you are listening to it as a podcast it's really annoying. Mad that the producers think it adds anything to the show....eat before it starts ffs
