He did have a practice to get out two balls before through third slip
Oh course. I think he is so vulnerable outside off stump. Astonished me he has 50 odd tests (remember, no batsman from a major nation has EVER averaged less with more than 50 tests)
Tbf that ball was wasted on him, it usually doesn't take much to get his wicket.

Still unsure about bethell being parachuted so quickly into the test squad, even if he had a good couple of knocks vs NZ. Especially when he was primarily middle order in his county championship appearances. But they seem to have a lot of faith in him so who knows
