Season Ticket Tracker 2025/2026

There’s a big difference between now and previous seasons though imo, we have a competent strategy for improvement when you look at how little we’ve spent to get to where we are now you can’t help but be impressed. I think full houses are here to stay now for the foreseeable it’s not all about the glamour of the premier league for people. Fans have returned because they’re invested in the club and the direction we’re taking there was always a bit of an amateurish approach in the past the people in charge way over their heads. It just feels different this time recruitment on and off the pitch has been excellent and exciting, we brought in le Fee as a championship club in January with at the time a small but decent chance of promotion I have full confidence the recruitment now with the funds available will be equally successful, I honestly believe we’ll be winning more than a handful of games
The attendances will drop over our course of time in the PL like they did last time. Hype this season and then the realisation of what winning a handful of games a season feels like

If that’s the case then no need to extend 🤷‍♂️
Agree. We shouldn’t unless we go above what we achieved in the PL last time

I hear what you are saying but I can’t shake the negativity, booing and attendance drop off our last PL run caused after the first couple of seasons

Exactly, I don't understand how a membership scheme differs from what we have now other than to fleece more money from the fans. How does that benefit anyone?
Sunderland fans salivating at the club fleecing fans is something I never thought I'd see.

The day we charge fans money and they don't even get a ticket is the day we are no longer a working class club.

Mags got pelters for doing the same. People want us to be a greedy business instead of a football club it seems.

You do that if it makes you feel tough

I'll carry on drinking my beer or watching the match
What’s your problem with the fans or are you one of them people that has to be sensible all of the time and like people letting their hair down havjng a bit song song/swearing jumping around etc? Can’t think why else you would hate our fans when 90 percent of us are as straightforward as it gets no delusion n certainly don’t cause bother

With the amount of money clubs get from tv revenue it baffles me why they keep increasing the prices. We had some knacker on here saying he’d rather we’d increase ticket prices than expand the ground.

I really wish the PL will introduce a cap for how much a club can charge their own fans. There is a rule that you can’t charge away fans more than £30 a ticket so why can’t they do the same for home fans and season cards. It’s just pure and utter greed.

Aye that's no good, you get a window to keep your seat, that's on you.

2 blokes behind me done the same thing in The south.. they don't even like Sunderland often leave when 1-0 down.... Bellends.
Dunno how common it was, but I bought my seat on day 1 of the window for Coventry game and yet the club also sold my ticket in general sale - was annoyed someone was encroaching my space but when they showed me their ticket and realised it was a club cock-up we made the best of things and enjoyed the match. Thankfully I am in safe standing so although it was a squeeze it was acceptable.

Thought it was the crap we used to get in row 40 with entitled %$*& deciding to stand with their mates and creating overcrowding.

It's even more money.

Yep fans are just back drops for the TV product now. Clubs don't give a fuck, ours included despite plenty seemingly thinking they do.

People were like our new prices at £580 weren't bad. When it shouldn't really be any higher than the new ST price offered just over a month ago, just because it's PL football they shouldn't increase prices. If anything they should go down due to the hugely higher revenues in the prem.

But clubs across the country trick people into it's the best league in the world craic and you pay a premium for it. Even though people abroad can watch every game for peanuts and via other means in the UK.

You can get a ST in the yellow wall this coming season at Dortmund including all home CL games for £258.

For example Celtic charged £172 just for the first 4 CL games last season. UK fans get ripped off but loyalty/sheep mentality stops them doing anything about it.

All about the money. Read on here every day from some fans that we need big signing, which will come with big wage demands. If KLD is sat milking the club for extra millions at the end of every season the above would be a fair argument but in truth despite all that money from the PL we won't have the income to truly compete.

Matchday revenue is chicken feed to most clubs though.

The ones who make a killing are the big 6 clubs with far bigger stadiums, that limit ST sales and then milk the fuck out of tourist and corporate fans.

It's a more premium product. Of course it's going to increase in price. It's sold out regardless so the club would have lost revenue if they had kept the prices static.

A whole 200k might pay Le Fees wages for a few weeks I guess.
