Any early bird season ticket holder should have preference to anyone renewing/ buying after Wembley surely? It will go to loyalty points mind i would have thought

Way back in the day the clubs position was that it would go on length of time with a season ticket if there were more season ticket holders than tickets. I suspect they'd still use that tbh. Palace and man city both got an initial 30,000 for the FA Cup final so length of time would pretty much mean everyone (or most) who were there last season would go. Almost certainly everyone who sat through league one. And the vast majority of high points holders would be in that group as well. The only ones who would miss out and feel hard done by would be people who those who have only had a season ticket for a couple of seasons but have done a few away games. Not that I'm thinking it'll be an issue mind

think its because there are 3.5k corporate that isnt included in that 37k. they need to give 3k to away fans and the prem rules are we need to keep at least 2.5k for match by match sales. so its not possible to sell more season tickets.

I mean apart from the Mags our cup attendances have always been awful.
So I very doubt there will be a situation where a ST holder that wants to go isn't guaranteed a seat unless we of course got the mags again.

That isn’t really a valid point though mate.
After the absolute shit show with the mags match, a definitive set of rules should have been made and passed down to the fans. The fact that no one is still any the wiser is not on imo.
We could easily find ourselves in a similar position again. Although a season ticket doesn’t and never has guaranteed you a set in a cup match
