Boro thread

A new manager is always a gamble
Reggie was a massive surprise for us ( outstide the 6 yard line thinking )
But look where we are now ( the usual suspects arnt always the best ?)
Point to prove manager like Dyche would be good for Smogs I think-would organize them
To be fair I thought Carrick was decent and unlucky to get peddled

Rumors were Gibbo wanted to keep him but wanted a restructure of the coaching staff but Carrick apparently said they stay or I go so gibbo sacked them don't know how true it is
 
Going to be a strange summer for them. This time last year I was wondering what we were going to do and to get out this league you needed an experienced championship manager who knew the league.....
I don't think Boro can afford to get this one wrong, however sadly for them I just think that league next year will be too far for them. 3 relegated teams, Sheff United, Coventry, Birmingham, millwall....it will be tough for them

Thank god we’re well out of least if we do get relegated we’ll have the parachute payments to help us somewhat next season

I'm well aware this may not get answered for a while by a smoggie til they win a game and we lose but I've walked roseberry topping this morning (it was not enjoyable 🤦🏻‍♂️😂) then my mate had a drive around borough and we went to where ayresome park used to be as we both a little too young to have visited anyway came through Stockton on way home just for a drive out and my mate asked do boro fans hate Stockton lads fans like we dee durham mags??
