What would you prefer?I would prefer 48k in a 48k stadium than 48k in a 58k stadium. Each to their own. Obsession is probably not the right choice of word though.
48k in a 48k stadium
Or
52k in a 58k stadium

That “daft” idea wouldn’t work. What are you rambling on about now? accept what? I have never deviated from my view. You’re not making any sense.
Questioning whether spending tens of millions on extending makes financial sense right now makes you 'negative', it seems. Obsessed too iirc. Some people really don't understand the words negativity and ambitious in this thread mind. They just don't like what they're hearing and it's all they come up with.

It wouldn’t at the sol. End of the day with enough money and time anything can be done. It doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to do.That “daft” idea wouldn’t work.
I gave you a perfectly good example of where it potentially could. But that’s just daft isn’t it?
Nobody has said it’s happening right now tho.Questioning whether spending tens of millions on extending makes financial sense right now makes you 'negative', it seems. Obsessed too iirc.
What fans do/don't want is largely irrelevant. If people don’t want to build a tier that’s up to them. It’s shite half baked ideas that’s astonishing like.
They admitting we need more hospitality areas and boxes, but the try every daft way to build it than the most obvious, cost effective and sane suggest and literally what the stadium was designed to do.
It’s not my job to think about it, I’d leave that to the experts. Leeds had the same problem. It wouldn’t at the sol. End of the day with enough money and time anything can be done. It doesn’t mean it’s the right thing to do.
Yes removing the front of the premier concourse, reducing capacity, moving the place where the directors sit, displacing season ticket holders and then the sheer amount of infrastructure, engineering work involved and the costs isn’t just a daft idea it’s an incredibly stupid idea.
You just haven’t thought about the extra stairs, lifts, corridors, toilets etc that would be required to do something like that. That’s before you start cutting into the PC.
Funny that you don’t understand what that word means or how to use itWhat fans do/don't want is largely irrelevant.
You do seem to like a bit hyperbole, mate.
Nobody has said it’s happening right now tho.
Which word, mate?Funny that you don’t understand what that word means or how to use it![]()
You can create whatever fantasy you like and then just say “well I’ll leave that to the experts” doesn’t make it a sensible suggestionIt’s not my job to think about it, I’d leave that to the experts. Leeds had the same problem.
You can ramble on about stairs and lifts as much as you like to fill out your argument, but in reality have no idea about what would be entailed, you just want a shiny new extension which is the be all and end all.
Why isn’t it sensible when there is a use case to base it from? You can create whatever fantasy you like and then just say “well I’ll leave that to the experts” doesn’t make it a sensible suggestion
So it’s not happening right now. Glad we agree.
The one you don’t understand the meaning of and you’ve used incorrectly.
I reckon next season it will average out at 95% full across the season tbf, maybe even a bit more if we’re doing alrightWe can’t even fill it out as it is man![]()
Thanks for proving the point, that you don’t know how to use it. As if you’ve googled it and pasted itI'll assume you mean hyperbole:
a way of speaking or writing that makes someone or something sound bigger, better, more, etc. than they are:
The blurb on the back of the book was full of the usual hyperbole - "enthralling", "fascinating", and so on.
Synonym
exaggeration
Aye, definitely none of that fron you, mate.
You’re correct we have no idea, but you’ve tried convince me otherwise on your posts like you think you do have a clue.So it’s not happening right now. Glad we agree.
The one you don’t understand the meaning of and you’ve used incorrectly.
Because it’s not the same stadium, and we have no idea of the logistics and set up.
There’s a use case for a swimming pool on top of Fulham’s stand. Doesn’t mean it would be the right thing or sensible thing to do at Sunderland.
