Really minor annoyances

I wouldn't do it either. You bought the same car, not embarked on a shared lifestyle myth (or maybe you did!) & I pathologically refuse to acquiesce to any social convention. Used to be the same with motorbikes & a nod was de rigeur but then scooter riders got a cob on if you didn't't nod & BMW riders wrote angry letters to MCN demanding to be nodded at.
You’re one of those people who doesn’t say ‘thank you’ if someone holds a door or a lift open for you, aren’t you?

“I didn’t ask you to do that so you’re not worthy of my gratitude”.

You utter utter bastard!😁

If im driving, and I get a motorbike behind me, Ill always edge over and wave them past if the road is clear.

I get an acknowledgement 99% of the time

Its quite possible ive posted this before.

But hotel light switches.

30000 f***ing lights, all controlled by using a random combination of light switches that are seemingly dotted all over the room.

Is it too much to ask that there could be labels on them? In fact im going to buy a dymo printer and start labelling them whenever I stay in a hotel
And the master switch that turns off the main light is by the door and can`t be switched off with a switch by the bed meaning you have to get out of bed, switch the light off then walk across the room in the dark and get back into bed 😤

Or the switch next to the bed operates the lamp in the far corner.
And every hotel is different so no way of working out a regular pattern of switches and light control. Even in the same hotel.

I sometimes think the light switch operates the lights in the next room so disturbing your neighbour as you try and find the right switch.

There was a Top Tip in Viz once:

Annoy your neighbours by buying the same TV as they have and standing in front of their house randomly changing the channels.

Mickey up the street from us bought a long string of those coloured outdoor lights for his patio and was meticulous about changing the colours. Red and green at Christmas, pink at vakentines, green at St Paddy’s etc. Then Admir a couple of doors down got the same set and was constantly f***ing with Mickey randomly changing the colours. Mickey was convinced he’d got a dud set and was about to pull them all down and take them back till Admir felt guilty and had to fess up!😁

I do that quite often.

Night night pet
Flick
Every sodding light in the room comes on 🤦‍♀️

Also the magic shower lever where you have to gamble as to whether you're going to get water boarded or not...
😁
Not just the volume but the temperature. Especially mid-shower random changes that can go from peeling the skin off your face to balls-shrivelling frigidity in less time than it takes to grab the lever!

Pre-ordering an album from the band`s website or directly from their record label and it not arriving on or before release day. May as well have just bought it from Amazon and got it today 😤

‘Could care less’ is a phrase that seems to be popping up in what I’m reading atm.

Americans who use it obviously mean ‘couldn’t care less’ but for some reason the logic eludes them.

It’s a minor annoyance.

Sunderland Global Media

I’ve blocked it as I’m sick of click bait posing as local news, with all the usual garbage spouted as replies.
Echo not far behind.
