I wasn’t saying you would see Fender. You said you’d have nowt to do with an artist on drugs but you’ll see a wife beater. He hasn’t lost his life he’s still alive and playing gigs. He’s a wimp of a man.

I’ve seen it countless of times, young talented lads throwing their lives away. Does wind me up a bit. Normally in a few years they throw the victim card and at that point I can’t find it in me to have sympathy for them.

We can agree on that, however you can see he’s lost his full career and won’t get anywhere near the level Kasabian are/were?

Paid the price for doing so which I’ve got no issue with, however as I’ve already stated he’s went through professional help to turn himself around and tried to get himself back to track so I’d argue it’s a different situation.

But fine if it’s the bloke you seen? Seems to be plenty of sympathy for him from you. You basically wouldn’t be able to listen to music if you don’t listen to people who use drugs.

I just don’t understand your logic. You can’t forgive someone for taking drugs in one breath but the next you forgive a drug taking wife beater.

Ones sought out help and is married to said woman he brayed and has (seemingly) turned his life around. (Just before Sam’s dad attacks me again and claims I’ve said things I haven’t, I think him losing his career is fully deserved and have zero sympathy for anything he faced afterwards)

The other one hasn’t and I like I said in my original message I know from someone who knows him personally he’s not a likeable person in the slightest. 2 different scenarios, albeit I can understand how someone would see me as a hypocrite.

Always easy to separate music from the artist IMO. Couldn't give a shite what they've been into tbh.

When it comes to this fella, well from what ive heard of his his music, it is largely absolutely shite, and he's a bit of a knacker.

I’ve got no issue with him or his music other than the fact I have heard from several who know him that he didn’t give a toss about football until his management team told him to.

First album was good, second was okay, most recent one isn’t very good and is only saved by the production. Sings like he has a whole orange in his mouth for most of it. Just my opinion like, pleased he has done well for himself.
