Samed is almost certainly not going to be returning. Browne was ok for us, but I can’t see him being the standard required next season. Jobe may be away.

That leaves us with Neil, Rigg, Le Fee, and Jones as our midfield options.

He’s the captain of Ajax, and still in the England squad, and brings with him hundreds of games worth of experience and leadership at the very top of football.

It’s a no brainer to sign him.

I would be staying clear of Clarke, was class for us in the championship but Premier League is a different beast

His experience in the dressing room would be invaluable plus he can still play as seen this last season with Ajax. He’s also still getting in the England squad. It’s a no brainer. I’d also try and sign Danny Welbeck back. We need some old heads in that dressing room to help the young lads next season.

I would. A possible Steve Bould type signing. Experienced head to bring on the young lads in a squad game, not replace them as the focal point of the team.
