He’s mostly just copying the narrative set by the Sky Sports commentators.
 
He's a complete turnip and unsurprisingly has nothing insightful to say in his punditry, even though he has spent his life involved in the sport.
He gets a cognitive nosebleed half-way through a sentence and shouts to make up for it. It's funny/cringe, then off!
