Shearer talking shite

When he first got on motd he was quite professional and balanced. He's been a proper knob the last few years along with that crisp nonce. Uses his position to promote the scum and belittle us. He definitely wears a wankers hat
To a man, every single one of the bastards have shown their true colours since the takeover after having fuck all to really say for donkeys years.

Any shred of faux humility they might have shown 'til then sharp disappeared. Even that pair of dwarfish twats on the telly cannot help themselves.

Alan Shearers opinion on the playoff final is as valid as anyone else’s. His natural bias is probably balanced by the fact he’s an ex professional footballer and is now paid to express his opinion based on years of experience.

And he’s only saying what a lot of other people are saying.

Maybe it’s time to be magnanimous in victory and lose a bit of the sensitivity to perceived criticism. Because if one doesn’t, next season is going to be pretty tough, emotionally.

Battered!!

BBC News had a 15 minute segment on his charity. Shearer was whingeing that fists had give up by £75k per year and the charity was in danger of shitting down unless it got some extra funding.

Tight bastard wouldn’t put his hand in his own pocket. Saudis and Rueben brothers didn’t seem to want to help out either.
He is a helmet.

Have it on record by way of an ex work colleague that he's not a very nice bloke overall whose mam (a now ex headteacher) had some unpleasant dealings with him about 15/20 year ago.

Known to cancel attending appointments with local schools and charities last minute for no good reason, he's got record for it I've been told.

Lad and his mam are an nufc supporting family anarl.

Desperate to be controversial
He’s very dull
I dont get any of this narrative, like who cares and why does it matter?

People call us lucky, I would have happily won 1-0 with them scoring an own goal and had 3 players incorrectly sent off
People say we got battered, I would have been happy to have 5% possession and them have 50 shots and 3 missed pens if we won the game 1-0

All feels like some sort of coping mechanism or justification that we didn't deserve it, well the only stats or figures that matter is the final scoreline - so we bloody well did!

We have arguably achieved something remarkable over the last 3-4 seasons and he could have been magnanimous himself, especially as they've had a great season too and are obviously a level above us, even still.

What they can't handle is the fact that we have got here without selling our souls to the devil. I hope we remind them of that when we play them next...even if the club don't officially allow it.

I'm thinking a big flag saying something like: "No Yemeni children were killed in the making of this football team"

I would love to win a league cup, but in the grand scheme of things they’ve won a cup that means absolutely nothing to them because the competition they’d qualify for by winning it, they won’t even be playing in anyway because of their league finish, that and the fact that it was the “Mickey Mouse Cup” according to them back in 2014.
If after spending £500-600M and all they’ll ever achieve is a league cup win and qualifying by default for the Champions League, I’ll take that. The FA Cup or something significant I might feel differently. Their season ticket prices have literally doubled off winning next to nothing.

No matter what ANY of them say, us winning the playoffs has pissed on their chips a bit after what they've achieved. Maybe not a lot, but a little bit, and that'll do for me.
They don’t want us getting promoted because of the parachute payments mainly. Us getting that money will annoy them a bit.

Not much considering it’s nowhere near the money they get, but they’d have still rather us become a constant championship/league one side.

We didn't get battered though

I'd like to think this'll be eating them up inside, but I don't think they're that bright.
