Danny has confirmed that Frankie was overcome with emotion and unable to get his words out after Watson's goal, so seeing that he decided to step in and take over.
He wasn't the only one, I couldn't speak for about 5 minutes afterwards![]()
Universal credit it is nowAre they on the Dole now ?
Depends if the club thinks it's viable to have them I'd like to see it personallyI think most premier league clubs have streaming and commentary for their reserve and under 18 matches, seems a good thing to keep them on for that?
Mods ban this heathenIf I didn’t go away and had to watch the tv version I’d usually watch the away teams commentary to get away from that insufferable Frankie
Every time we got a f***ing throw in you’d think Robert’s had just smacked a 35 yarder in. Everytime
Grated on me after a while
Barnes and Bennet bad as they are, much the better.
Love them and have enjoyed every moment of their commentary... even when Franky gets excited about us winning a corner. Top blokes. They will be a great miss from our football experience. The Premier League broadcasting deal unfortunately means no more in-house live streams such as SAFSee, and as such no more Frankie and Danny during games.
Not sure that Danny will read this, but I'd imagine Frankie as a MLF probably gets on here.
Whilst they will be missed, with the best will in the world I hope we don't have their streams for many a year as it will mean we are still in the big time!
Just thought I'd create a thread to acknowledge them and say thank you. For us exiles, they've been part and parcel of our matchday experience twice a week for the last 5 years, and I for one will miss them.
Danny's insight and knowledge as a relatively recent and hugely experienced EFL player was always eye opening especially in terms of breaking down opposition that wouldn't be overly familiar to us as fans, and the passion that Frankie displays as an MLF really shone through.
IMO, Danny would be a great fit for Sky's EFL coverage, but I hope we don't lose him.
Regular viewers will be well versed in Frankie's "have you ever......Danny", and Danny's "goal" or "there it is" after an opposition goal, but I'll end this thread with their finest moment. If any SAFC fan in that stadium could have spoken during Ballard's winner, the below video is exactly what they would have said.
Thanks lads and hopefully you will be still be involved in some way, shape or form in the PL.

I get emotional everytime I hear it."Oh my god" from Frankie is up there with "they think it's all over....it is now"
Will miss Frankie saying:
Shoots from distance
Drops his shoulder
In the hands of the EFL cameraman
Won’t miss Danny shouting:
TROUBLE
I think Frankie is involved with something either with the university or fulwell73.Do Frankie and Danny have day jobs Monday to Friday?

Annoying that isn’t it. ‘It’s mo Salah’ just as he shoots. Think it’s Jon champion?I get emotional everytime I hear it.
For people complaining about him, look at the main one for sky who just shouts the players name when he shoots. Or at full time or after a goal sets off on a Shakespeare esc ramble about whats just happened. Thats tedious.
