Jobe Bellingham - post SAFC compendium

This, when he was subbed in the final the whole team started to play . His performance was absolutely rotten. He is far to inconsistent to be starting games in the Premiership imo.

It wasn't just that though. There's other context.

Neil coming off also coincided with essentially moving to a 4-2-4 formation as we were 1-0 down with 15 minutes left and needed to remove a sitting midfielder and go for it.

Neil is an excellent talent and one of a handful of players in the squad who will be able to step up to PL level IMO. If we hadn't been promoted, I think there's a strong possibility a PL side would have bought him.

The Bellinghams want to protect their kids from the problems with the English Media blowing insignificant issues into back page headlines and getting into their kids heads. Doesn't happen abroad, and the reason why they aren't in the EPL. Can't see that changing anytime soon. Germany will be perfect for his further development you would think.

One way ticket to them being made out to be a World Cup villain this. Like an oil tanker on the horizon.

Jobe wants to plough his own furrow. He should get them telt. We need him.

Aren’t the Spanish media just as vile as our media? Especially when it comes to Real and Barca
No. Real players get much more protection from the media. You only have to look at their player Asencio who was getting dogs abuse from opposition fans but relatively little in the media on a very serious issue still to be resolved. In this country it would be all day every day for months.

I thought season before last his biggest weakness was getting caught in possession, was hoping he'd iron that out last season. He didn't.
He has been so slow at reading the game, his default setting is to slow down play, passing sideways or backwards. It also reflects on the likes of Jobe who looked a totally different player after Neil went off and Le Fee dropped deeper in central midfield. The whole team looked reenergised, like a huge weight had been lifted.

Sorry but he was absolutely shite on Saturday and his form has been shocking over the season apart from a few games around the turn of the year.

Dunno where I’ve got that from then, I’m sure I remember reading daft articles from their version or the sun or summit on about mbappe shagging a trans lass

Jobe will be fully on board with the plans for him. He's seen his brothers pathway as a success. Don't see what its got to do with a World Cup mind, and Beckham did okay. They are better off away from the clowns in the UK Media. They've spoiled many a good player.
