Chris Wilder

He's lumbered them with a stupidly expensive squad for Championship level with only Hamer that might even be close to being good enough for Premier League level.
Took a huge risk signing 3 strikers for big money; Cannon is bang average and a bit of a crock, Diaz probably is a crock now, and Kiefer Moore is great at this level, but isn't Premier level anymore.

Hamer is good but his body condition looks poor. He’s certainly fast mind for a fat lad!
I’m no fan of his but I don’t think his interview after the match was too bad. He did give us credit.

Same just listened now and he wasn’t moaning really. Just said his team were too sloppy and didn’t take advantage of their moments. Wasn’t even too bad on the VaR thing. Not sure what people expect an opposition manager to say 🤷🏻‍♂️ he also congratulated us early on

Sacking incoming

Their squad is overloaded with Championship plodders who are on wages that are not sustainable.

Plus, he is a complete cheddar helmet.
I think so too, because if they don't they could easily find themselves on the death slide into league 1. We were in a similar position under Grayson, too many highly paid players who want to leave and a manager who can't get a tune out of them. He sure does have a helmet full of cheese to use VAR as an excuse for losing, but he's probably fuming because he was fully expecting VAR to help them get one of ours sent off.

Why is he?
This interview provides key evidence

His post match interview was fine yesterday. The Championship is a real slog and to miss out as they have is hard going. He was gracious in defeat. VAR did save us yesterday but I agree that it makes no sense to have VAR for one game. I hate VAR but loved it briefly yesterday.
