Mmm Mmm Mmm MmmCrash Test Dummies at Fire Station this Saturday,oh, wait..
Was there last night, felt a bit like Without a Sound was them going through the motions a bit bar the first 3 tracks. Once they played stuff not on the album though it really picked up, Sludgefeast was a particular highlight. Decent overall. They played the entire 'Without A Sound' album then a selection of their classics from the last 40 years. Hour and a half. Sound was fantastic. Big crowd , great mix of old timers and younger kids. I'm sure Glasgow will be the same. Have a great time mate.
Yes brilliant gig, during covid they changed the seats so they could remove them and make it all standing downstairs depending on type of gig.Holy Holy gig was really good last night.
Glen Gregory’s voice gets better as he gets older.
Seems like there are new seats in the City Hall ( probably been there ages)
Ive got a mate who's a sheff u fan, he's at bearded theory and coming down just for the football. Im at the far more manageable wide awake festival today in london then city splash on monday. Let the battle of brockwell park commence!Slam Dunk Festival this weekend. Absolute disaster footy clash wiseended up reserving a table in Leeds sports bar as train, hotel and tickets cost me 500 non refundable

Was at the Troxy last night seeing these. Sound wasn't great, but LOUD. The mate I went with, an older chap who normally likes Pavlovs Dog, Zappa and Porcupine Tree baled out after 4 songs. He said, "are you enjoying this? I just don't get it...it's not for me this...." and he buggered off! They played the entire 'Without A Sound' album then a selection of their classics from the last 40 years. Hour and a half. I had a decent time, Without A Sound is not my favourite DJ album by any means and I wish they'd done some or most rather than just banging the album out, running through a few oldies (and not Sludgefeast, the bastards!) and vanishing.
Bit noodly for me, them. Now THAT`S a great band.

checkout Sprints if you get the chance, they're class live.I'm also at this, but earlier than @Twisted. Any of you hip young gunslingers care to recommend something unmissable on the undercard? I like stuff with tunes.
I'm happy to just wander about from stage to stage until I find something I like but will be there from the start for Luvcat, Mannequin Pussy and Nadine Shah.
