But your initial point was " indian food isnt very good ....they dont have a clue about food " . Its not a controversial opinion its wrong , indian food is excellent and they have a different and exceptional knowledge and tradition its just different and our palate cant penetrate the heat and we dont get to try much of it hereI understand your point but that’s their tradition. I’m not having a go at that and I completely understand they think our food isn’t as good but from birth they’re fed spice so they know no different. Of course they’ll think it’s great.
Their food is the Las Vegas of food.
Wonder what Akhtar at home is like. Can I not remember you trying his box during lockdown?
My palate is perfectly capable of picking up the flavours. They’re very one dimensional is my point. If it’s not spiced they don’t entertain it. They don’t have an exeptional knowledge. What would your average Indian think of iberico ham? I’d suggest they’d say it’s bland. To me that’s ignorantBut your initial point was " indian food isnt very good ....they dont have a clue about food " . Thought so. Might give it a tryYeah I did, got a couple, very good, the lamb was class for a Sundays lunch difference.
They may say your inability to differentiate their food is ignorant when theyre making dishes with 18 spices . Personally i like both, buy hey, its all literally a matter of tasteMy palate is perfectly capable of picking up the flavours. They’re very one dimensional is my point.
