Aye I saw the segway to Ruth during the news and saw her heaven and hell before I switched to watching Katie Piper in a New Orleans jail.
Not a fan of the show tbh, I do occasionally enjoy Indian food but go for safe options normally :lol:

I've ever watched it but the only way I'd use lemon with chicken is as a stuffing with rosemary.

That Chinese lemon chicken is so sour and sweet.

Have you never had chicken francese? Quite a lot of lemon in that. I do like that mind.

I think both are nice. Lots of nice choice with crabs as well.

The lobster should be the main flavour of the dish. Once you start relying on loads of spices in your food your palate is ruined. The Indians haven’t a clue about food because they always have to have huge flavours and never seem to be satisfied with subtle flavours. When Indians go on masterchef you just know they’re making a curry. It’s predictable and boring.

You should go to Opheem in Birmingham if you're ever there. Absoutley outstanding food.
