Can’t play Rhodes surely unthreatening with the ball and hardly made a run with the bat and dropped a couple of key catches at slip.

Still struggling with him as a signing given his age and averages we seem very reluctant to bowl him.

Also looks like a steady accumulation batsman which again does not suit Campbells style of play.

Can't drop Clark, and Ackermann has done nothing since the opening game. Rhodes has offered little too but his bowling is more threatening at least.

Batting all the way to 10, and Yusuf knows which end of the bat to hold.

Hoping to get down either tomorrow or Sunday, have been laid low with hand, foot and mouth, and sinusitis for almost two weeks - even missed Tuesday's game because of it.

I think they only bowl him to give the proper, threatening bowlers a rest. Which is not good enough. He doesn't make the team for me. Maybe, more work with bowling coaches can help, but he's a bit long in the tooth for that.
Ackerman has totalled 40 runs since the opening game! I'd replace Rhodes with Minto and bat Drissell at 7 from your XI
Given what we saw from Minto last season, he's got to make the team fairly soon, injuries permitting.

Ackerman in but no Bedingham. Won toss and bowl. Minto in!
Happy with that. "Bedingham not cleared to play"- so why was he named in the squad?
In anticipation clearance would come through this morning? Often see stuff like this in cricket, seems different to football were you need to be registered by midday the day before

Why we chose to field?

Notts made a costly mistake doing that last season. Wait and see but it's been a bat first at CLS for a while now unless overcast and green in early/end of season.

Scoreboard now says "Durham Men". Haway man :lol:

is it to link the scores Directly to the ECB score updates, as i noticed the scores today all say Men next to the County

seems a bit daft to do it in the ground

Wicket looked a bit green, but given the weather and how dry its been id Bat, even noticed in a lot of club cricket theres a lot of teams not getting bowled out

Notts came here last season and defs thought it was CLS of old. Mad we've chosen to bat don't get the logic at all.

So far showing it was a shocking call
