Enzo Le Fee

on the basis Bellingham will likely leave if we don't go up, it would be a statement of intent to sign Le Fee even if we didn't get promoted.
Would smash our wage budget without PL money. He'd also probably have dozens of better offers. That said if we go up, he becomes a Sunderland player and he immediately is the main man at a PL club.

You can see he gives everything to the cause, signed for a Championship team on loan from Roma and played out of position, has a great attitude.

Tin hat firmly on but i saw Le Fèe as a real weak link when defending on the left side. I hope he plays ,but that RLB puts him in the middle.

His ball through to Isidor on Friday was sublime, not only too see it but to be able to execute it perfectly. It's a crying shame we've had to play him out of position, but to be fair to him - he hasn't sulked or looked disinterested, just got on with it.

He did get beat a few times, but he was a lot more aware of having to defend than Tommy Watson usually is. And Mundle apparent isn't ready to start, so who do you play there?

He grafted his balls off. He is the best at recovery in the team at getting the ball back. He put in a hell of a block on the byline just before we scored. He created half of our 'chances' He would be better in the middle, but to say he was a weak link has blown my mind like.

Hopefully, it's an unchanged side.

Mayneda or Wilson can drift over to the left when needed to help out, which could push Enzo into a more central position at times in the game.

Bar the game against Boro where he played against a over the hill Luke Ayling whose terribe hes been underwhelming for me. No doubt a decent player but the way some went on you would think we were signing a prime Hazard at the time.

Hes been pretty average a can see why a mid table Italian team binned him off and bar us was no other takers

Im sure this has been mocked enough, but twisting Roma, who finished 6th in 2024 and 5th in 2025, are a mid table team to vent frustration is comical
