If we win the playoffs I couldn’t give a fuck about the last 10 games but if we carry this form into the semis chances are we’ll get humped. If that happens he needs the boot imo. Worst team in the league over the last 10 games is embarrassing, that’s not far off quarter of the season.

It could well turn out he’s a tactical genius and he’s fooled us all tho.
 
There's going to be big changes to the squad no matter what league we end up in. You've got to keep him and see how he starts with a new group.
No point ripping it all up completely over summer

As I said last week, I'd replace him even if we go up. The fella isn't good enough, this is his ceiling and he's been found out.

Great first half of the season, poor second half. If we go up we should be able to attract better so worth rolling the dice then whilst we have the option.

If we don't go up it means we blew the play offs and who wants to continue this second half of the season, potentially with a few players away as well.

Hes become a pound shop Southgate.
 
If we fail in the play offs, having seen no improvement from this run of form he’ll be gone by Halloween if we start badly next season.
 
Should have been trying 44 2 & different styles of football when we were safely in the play offs. I think we will be in a relegation fight if we keep him next season..

He did a very good job the first half of the season very similar to what he did in his last job. But the collapse since then is not only concerning but it appears he is completely out of ideas. His press conferences are rinse repeat
 
Stays for next season regardless of what happens in the play offs. Yes, the last few months have been poor but he still has a bit of credit in the bank from the totally unexpected start we had.

If we don't go up though, he should start the season under massive scrutiny though and an improvement in style and standard of play is needed.
