Disney world Florida

Yep. I am all about the sites and the fun. Pubs clubs drugs.
Mainly why we holiday in the states. East coast and west coast. Not done much in the middle bar a ill informed trip to Utah when was on a month long road trip.

Other stuff you mention doesn’t bother me in the slightest. Not gonna stop doing what I enjoy.
Utah is class, not if you want the drink and drugs mind but scenery and walking/biking/skiing areas are immense.
So you're basically an amoral selfish person? Nice.
Where do you go on holiday? It’s a very bizarre meltdown this.

Disney is fun for people with children, yes, NYC meh to me, apart from the Jazz Clubs I hope still exist, but not everyone is me, so enjoy.

I have been to the USA in the past but right now I'm not prepared to risk very unpleasant detainment and then deportation, and surely you, I see you have declared yourself to be a person of color as the Yanks say, are at much greater risk, you even have a muslamic beard (if your avatar is you).

And just as important you are effectively supporting a Fascist State, do you not read the news? Are you happy to financial support the forced deportation without trial of children with cancer, or brown skinned people with no real evidence being sent to private money making concentration camp prisons in a Tinpot-dictator country, and arresting High Court judges? (to name a couple) Or, as I suspect, are you just one of those people who just wants entertainment and doesn't give a damn about the big picture?
I bet you're great fun if you ever leave the house - what a wetwipe

There's me thinking Disneyland is for children, when in fact, its this thread on the SMB.
Let's draw a line under this, eh?

It’s for ICE to round people up and deport them.
One the diisney Reddit pages just threatened me with a ban because I suggested LSD for a husband who hates everything Disney to make his trip to magic kingdom more magical.
Well they’ve done this :

Only said my 11 month old wasn’t arsed that she never had a child seat as was more upset they wouldn’t let her drive.

Arrived Wednesday. MCO customs were insanely busy. Could get MPC to work so had to wait. Lush day just round hotel pool chilli age getting uber eart
MK today. After breakfast.
We were lucky at MCO. Walked in and only about 12 people in front of us. Got worse while we were there, but still not terrible.

On the other hand, when we landed, they couldn't get the door to open "the right way" on the air bridge, so we sat there for a whole frigging hour waiting for someone to fix it!

Where are you staying?

Saw some pics from the parks yesterday, they looked empty. I think you might have picked a wonderful time to be there. Last 2 weeks when we were there were the best weather we've ever had. Hot and dry, rather than very hot and humid. My folks are converted I think - after Spring break, after easter - first 2 weeks after those looks to be the new "best" time imo

May and September are usually the quieter times.

Had breakfast at ohana yesterday, was great.
300 bucks though. Ouch.

At least your 12 dollar bet is a good one. Mines Miller lite.
Which actually tastes good compared to the bud lite before it!
300 dollars for breakfast ! Jesus, Mary , Joseph and the wee donkey!

I hope there were a lot of you.

I dread to think what dinner must cost!
tbh, I don't think we bought a single evening meal.
The hotel did a freebie "tea" from 5-7.30pm, which was some hot food (tacos, meatballs sort of thing), snacks (nachos, hotdogs etc) and a few beers/wines/cocktails - then popcorn for the kids to take back to the rooms to watch a bit telly before falling asleep.

We had early access to Disney, so we were there for opening each day - so by 3pm we were ready to go home. We went out for late lunch a couple of times on the way home, and one night me and the missus went to Epcot on our own for the Festival - sharing small bites and drinks around the world, which is always a lovely evening.

We did do lunch at Arkashus (sp?) - its the princess dining at the Norway Pavillion. That was really good, not cheap though - cheaper than the Castle meal though lol

You'll be ruled by school holidays though, unless you are willing to be fined

Sounds like it has improved. It was awful when I went there - bland side buffet thing and weird mains. Cheaper than the castle though.

Was Family Style. Brought out some starters, then a big platter with various different things. Struggling to remember it all now, but IIRC, Ribs, honey-glazed salmon, meatballs & mash, and the obligatory mac-n-cheese.
Didn't think we were going to get offered seconds, but eventually they did

Desert was lovely - bomb thing. looked amazing.

Sounds better. It was all weird Scandinavian food brought to you and a buffet when I went.

Just on LbV. Yeah the parks pretty dead from what I’ve seen of MK so far. Walked on buzz, people mover, small world, SDMT and speedway already. It’s filling a bit now round fantasyland as all the worst people ever are arriving the cheer troops. The mams are so rude it’s unreal.

We had cheer leaders on our flight out, loads of them - 3 sat infront of the wife & girls. They didn't nowt but bounce around the place for 9 hours, the missus was fuming.
Of course there were only a few adults to 20-odd kids, so nobody really kept an eye on them.

I did have to tell them to stop jumping on the chairs at one point when the kids were trying to eat.

Apparently the "finals" were just starting as we left last Thursday, so you'll have them all now.

Which hotel out of interest? We were at the Drury at LBV. Previously been at the Wynham a fair few times which was great for Disney Springs, literally on the doorstep.
Drury would have been brilliant if they hadn't knocked everything down at the Crossroads - such a shame they did that, although looks like they're finally building something there after all - new roads apparently. Maybe even a train line from MCO to Springs, I know its been talked about.
